Return Request  
If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving your order and provide the following details:
Name
Order number
Contact number
Name of the product to be returned
Reason for return (with photos)

Return Guidelines
Returned items must be unused and undamaged by human factors.  
According to consumer protection laws, the 7-day “inspection period” is only for you to confirm whether the product meets your expectations—it is not a trial period.  
Please keep the product’s original packaging (including the outer box). Returns without complete packaging will not be accepted.
We cannot accept returns under the following circumstances:
The 7-day return period has expired.
The product has been opened, used, or damaged due to human factors (e.g. stains, faults, scratches, dirt, or wear).
The product packaging is incomplete, or missing invoices or accessories.
Malicious or bulk returns.

Return Procedure
1. Contact customer service.
2. Confirm the product is eligible for return.
3. Prepare the complete item and invoice.
4. Provide your available collection time, contact information, and address.
5. Our designated logistics partner will collect the item.

Refund Information
Credit Card Payments: Once your return is approved, the refund will be credited directly to your original card account.
Cash on Delivery (COD): Once the return is approved, the refund will be transferred to your designated bank account.

Exchange Guidelines
Exchanged items must be unused and free from any damage not caused by manufacturing defects. Please keep the original and complete packaging (including the outer box). Incomplete packaging will result in refusal of exchange.

Exchange Procedure
If both you and our store agree to process an exchange, please return the original item first. Then, place a new order for the replacement item.  
We will issue an invoice or refund for any price difference, where applicable. If there is no difference, no further action is needed
